Any kind of talk by them saying they want to help or not in it for the money are just salestalk.
It would be great to avoid pitfalls by having a successful person guide you or mentor you, but it usually comes with a price.
Too bad this isn't a perfect world.
You're better off learning on your own as you reach out to network consistently. Just be wary of the bullshit by the pretentious ones.
