THE SNEAK PEEK: Realest Confidence- Personal Development that Works course!

For the last week my mind was going totally bonkers as I kept thinking about what to include in the course to help others in believing in themselves.

If you remember, I asked you guys whether I should make something to help others… as such, Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works was created because…

. The demand for emotional help is always there.

. A lot of people have trouble believing in themselves, being confident or motivated, and they are always reluctant to seek help.

. Other “gurus”, Aunt Agonies, professionals and whatevers are too perfect.

As you can imagine, I been through a lot in my own life. Major ups and downs, and I really want to help others.

I want awesome personal development advice that can truly relate and help people everywhere.

There are many people who need help, so help me make this GREAT!

Where I’m at with the Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works course

Well first, I made this video. Check it out…

That’s just one video!

Although Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works is not ready for a large public launch, the pre-launch course version will soon be going live.

When the course’s doors are OFFICIALLY open, I want us to have all the kinks worked out. I want it improved to awesome perfection.

I want to ensure that our online learning materials have been carefully crafted from the ground up to meet others’ needs and that the online learning interface works without any problems.

I want it all to help others smoothly and with great effect!

And so I am offering an initial limited group of 50 people to take up this course for 50% off the eventual price.

Here’s the trade-off…

I’ll want extra feedback and participation from you. I want you to give me lots of input on the content and how it is delivered (time of content being delivered to your inbox for example), what kind of content you want me to write about more or less and also let me know ASAP if there’s any online glitch or screw-up (and then be patient with me as I get it fixed).

As part of The First “50”, I’ll want your thoughts on our online interface. I’ll want you to simply email me and give me your feedback. I’ll probably also hand out a few additional surveys.

Oh yeah, you’ll also get special First 50 status which will come with is own perks, like discounts on future products.

Finally, if I’m going to give you 50% off, I just need you to learn and try out the material and absorb as much as you can. That’s all.

What Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works will cover

I’ll describe in more details tomorrow when I launch, but I wanted to give you an overall picture of what the course is like.

Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works will be a 2-weeks course that will teach you how to start believing in yourself, gain confidence and motivation in life.

I’ll teach you via some storytelling and also step-by-step actionable guides.

Since I would like to offer this to help more people all over the world, all lessons will be delivered to your inbox weekly. There will be a video to watch each week and some downloadable content.

Over the 2-weeks, we’ll cover…

. The “Foundations” of life, what I think people should know in life more than anything.

. How to be real and balance out your priorities.

. How to believe in yourself.

. How to not care about what others think in 5 steps.

. How to face failure.

. How to deal with a huge daunting task ahead.

We’ ll also cover:Β

. How to find passion and why it’s so important.

. How to be continuously re-inspired.

And you’ll have the benefit of my expertise and experience to answer your questions along the way!

The eventual price for the Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works course will be $60 (maybe even more), but The First “50” will get it at $30.

So let’s review again…

How to become a one of The First “50 of Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works.

Tomorrow (Friday), at around 12pm EST, I’ll be sending you a thorough overview of the Program.

And at that time I’ll be accepting The First “50”.

Registration invitations will first go to everyone who’s emailed me to express interest in the course and ALSO those who have been exchanging emails with me (since it was a blast getting to know you and also allowing me to help you out).

So if you did email me previously (from the other blog post), you’ll hear from me tomorrow 8pm EST.

If you want to get it BEFORE 8pm EST tomorrow (Friday)…

By Friday morning, I’ll have a proper sales page ready, along with a lengthy description of what Realest Confidence: Personal Development that Works entails.

But if you’re already sure you want to do this, and don’t want to wait until 8pm EST tomorrow, then just send payment by clicking hereΒ and I’ll make sure you get a spot.

There are a lot of people claiming they are ‘self improvement coach’ lately, and opened up classes to help people . I think first, we need to question what is the credential of this person.

A life coach cannot be a tom dick harry who claims to undergone some experiences and wants to help people overcome difficulties. This is not going to happen.

Just like you pay for medical treatment or even your son’s must be rest assured that that person teaching must have undergone some form of proper training and are certified…

In summary, be careful of spams on the internet folks. There are too many around these days.

Have you even read his blog posts or the feedback he’s gotten from people? Use your own thinking to judge for yourself whether he’s good or not. Don’t just blindly rely on academic or work credentials to assess someone’s merit. I’ve known people with excellent academic credentials who’re absolutely incompetent, as well as people with little academic credentials who’re extremely good at what they do.

      • alden - November 23, 2012 11:42 am

        Aww thanks Roxianna.

I love where you’re coming from. I’ve had bad work experience with who had supposedly “good” academic credentials.

They were mostly the worse people to work with.

If you ask me, it all boils down to real life experience!

I’m sure Lindy’s message is well-intentioned. But Lindy if you’re new to this site and this is your first time commenting (if you’ve only commented today when he wants to create a product, it means you haven’t actually debate and question him about what he has done all this time) I suggest you to keep your comment to yourself.

You know why people are not looking at his academic credential fore and foremost? Because it’s not a reliable indicator of success in the first place. A person like you might think it is, but some others don’t. Sometimes all we want is typical everyday people who manage to change, who doesn’t go to the university to study how to heck into people’s mind for a living.

        Hey Mimo,

        Great insight too πŸ™‚

I learnt that academics are not a reliable indicator… from a teacher back in high school. That was really awesome. It was the pick-me-up and turning point I needed!

I think education (from school) is just a phase in life. Everything else, you learn life, in life.

    • alden - November 23, 2012 11:41 am

      Hey guys,

To be honest, when I read Lindy’s reply I didn’t think she was personally reffering to me at all.

It’s all good. I appreciate the message behind it :).

  2. Lindy - November 22, 2012 11:40 pm

    Hi Mimo, Roxianne,
Sorry if I had sound too harsh on my last comment. My apologies on that. I have written below comment with my personal experience and opinion.

I am just sick and tired of being scammed on the internet..and ranted my frustrations over the last comment. Attended numerous self-improvement courses before..spent thousands of dollars trying to make me a better person…but to found out that a lot of them claimed to be what they are not..which sometimes make me wonder if their true intention is just to make a living online.

I mean look around many times have you visited a self improvement blog and the blog owner claims to be a life coach guru?

Look around many times have you heard that people around you getting scammed on the internet?

I am not saying Alden is such a person. I have been following his blog for some time…He is a good person..have managed to block out the noises of what others say and overcome difficulties in life…I think he is great…

Yes u are right that academics is not everything. I agree on that. I have also stepped into clinics to see professional medical doctors who are not at all passionate about helping people..

However, after getting scammed so many times on the internet…i do not want my hard-earned money to go down the drain anymore…so am getting really cautious about what I sign up for…

Do i want a typical everyday person who managed to change but I am not so sure if he can help others to change? Or do i want somebody who is experienced, equipped and hopefully passionate to help others to change?

I think we all want the best stuff in life. I choose the latter because I will not want to put my hard earned money and time at risk.
This is just my personal opinion and I am just sharing my thoughts πŸ™‚

    Happy Thanksgiving weekend everyone! πŸ™‚

      Hey Lindy,

      Thanks for sharing your story.

It sucks that you met the fakes… or the poseurs.

But I certainly hope it hasn’t gotten you beaten down. DON’T.

The world will never stop throwing crap at you, but if you’re strong enough to keep your head up and keep moving forward, you win.

You’re self-aware already, which makes you steps ahead of others!

    • roxianna - November 28, 2012 2:48 am

      Hey Lindy

My apologies, I judged you too quickly and harshly. Thanks for clarifying your position. At the same time, you should also be careful and check before posting comments like yours. Someone’s reputation could’ve been unfairly affected.

      • alden - December 1, 2012 4:35 am

Thanks for coming being forgiving Roxianna you rock.

  3. John - November 27, 2012 10:21 pm

Great product Alden! I’m sure it’ll be a success. Confidence is important for everyone. One thing I enjoy about your writings is that some of it relates to my own story with becoming a man and growing in confidence. I’m sure your course will help others! And if you had credentials, like some seek, it would probably cost in the hundreds of US dollars…

    • alden - December 1, 2012 4:35 am

Thanks for the vote of confidence John. Haha man that’s awesome.
